While our day job is heating and air… when we let our hair down you can find some of us at the race track. So, it’s only natural that we support one of our local racers, Dustin Mitchell, Driver of the D8 and Owner of Dustin Mitchell Motorsports! We first met Dustin last November at the 2014 World of Outlaws Finals dirt track race in Charlotte, NC. After hearing he was a Johnston County local, we knew we had to help support his dream of dirt track racing. You can catch Dustin at County Line and Fayetteville Motor Speedway throughout the year. Stay up-to-date with his schedule by “liking” us on Facebook and following our page.
Dustin and Comfy will be racing this weekend in support of children who have been diagnosed with serious and life threatening illnesses. Join us as we cheer him on November 13th and 14th 2015, at County Line Raceway in Elm City. Fundraising proceeds will benefit the Victory Junction Gang Camp, an organization that provides children with serious illnesses once-in-a-lifetime experiences. See this weekend’s schedule and learn more about Victory Junction Gang Camp…

Johnston County local… Family man… Hardworking business owner… Avid race car driver. These are just a few of the words used to describe Dustin Mitchell. Being a rising star, owning 3 Aces Speed Shop, where he creates race car wraps and graphics, and being a husband to his wife, Jennifer, and a father to his daughter, Ashton, Dustin has little time to spare in his schedule. He’s too busy winning.
Known for his success at the Fayetteville Motor Speedway and County Line Raceway in Elm City, Dustin’s name is common among race fans in North Carolina’s Piedmont region.
A Lifetime of Racing…
No stranger to racing, Dustin first fell in love with the tracks at the age of 2. When he was 8 years old he began racing Go Karts on dirt tracks and participated in the Boxwood Derby in Boy Scouts. Growing up with two older brothers who also raced, Dustin naturally had his sight set on bigger raceways. Past racing exhibits include…
- Go Karts
- Pure Stock Ford Class
- Super Stock Class
- Pure Stock V8 Class
- Thunder & Lighting Class
- Late Model Class
Dustin has been racing Late Model Class for over 5 years and is currently 2nd in points in the Ultimate Super Late Model Series.
