New Construction, Replacement, Service.

At Carolina Comfort Air Inc. we are able to serve all of your residential HVAC needs.  Whether it be new construction, replacement or service, we are there when you need us.  We are in your area with locations in both Clayton and Jacksonville, NC able to serve Clayton, Raleigh, Fayetteville, Jacksonville and the surround areas.

New Construction
Our installation mechanics specialize in installation.  That is all they do.  They don’t run service calls, they spend 100% of their time focusing on installing systems and making sure the design of your HVAC system is for maximum comfort.  We have an in-house load calculation expert to make sure the system installed is properly sized.  All of our new installations come with a parts and labor guarantee, as well as a satisfaction guarantee.

Replacement
Replacing your existing system may be a necessity because of failure of your old system or a desire to become more energy efficient or for the overall comfort and satisfaction of your system.  The average HVAC has a lifespan of 10 to 15 years.  We can inspect the ducts, seal leaks and insulate ductwork so that your system costs you less in utility bills all year.  Our inspection will also be able to determine if we recommend fixing or replacing your existing system.  We have a full line of accessory products to increase the comfort and efficiency of your HVAC system plus be able to keep the air your family breathes at home to be healthier.  Give us a call and we will send out one of our installation experts to your home for a free estimate.

Service
Our service department is able to handle your service call whether big or small.  We are able to service any brand of HVAC equipment for your convenience.  You are also able to get an energy savings agreement through our service department that allows you to:

• Receive priority service calls
• Receive 15% off of your entire bill
• Two service and cleans per year (once in the Spring time and once in the Fall)
