Are you looking for a job opportunity in the Raleigh, Clayton, Kinston, Fayetteville or Jacksonville NC area? Join the team at Carolina Comfort Air! We are hiring entry level HVAC Purchasing Agents with strong work ethic.

The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, possess effective oral and written communication skills, and have the ability to multi-task in a team environment. The position requires proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel. QuickBooks experience is helpful but not required.

Primary Job Functions… 

  • Sourcing and ordering a variety of materials for four busy locations
  • Entering purchase orders into computer system following company procedures
  • Maintaining purchase order status and shipment tracking information and updating all necessary individuals
  • Communicating with vendors and warehouse managers as needed to handle purchasing issues
  • Answering incoming calls and routing to the appropriate person
  • Assisting in routine office activities and special projects as required
