I would like to take this opportunity to commend Tech Allen. He is a knowledgeable, competent, totally professional individual.   Tech Allen has been in my home on numerous occasions and he is tenacious in solving a problem. His knowledge of the system is amazing.   He does not stop until the problem is remedied. He is the only Tech that I permit into my home to fix any and all problems.  Once he does it, I know there will be no repetition.

Carolina Air should be proud to have Tech Allen as their employee and representative. He is a total asset to your organization.

Carolina Comfort Air has installed HVAC systems for our last two homes. We have been pleased with the knowledge, expertise, and rapid responses of Willie Mitchener (our Comfort Consultant), the install technicians and service technicians. Their selection of Trane units are great choices and Carolina Comfort Air stands behind their work and service. We had the opportunity to speak with Carol (Service Sales Manager) who was quick to reply to our questions and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with the services we received. I wanted to drop a note to let you know that I continue to be appreciate of the level of service I receive from Carolina Comfort Air. I stand by the annual service contracts and no one can convince me that the yearly expense is not worth it. My home is nearly 13 years old and the original system is still going strong and it speaks volumes to the need for those important checks in the Spring before the summer season and again in the Fall before the winter season. Every tech that services my system has been awesome. The most recent system check, completed by Tracey, was noteworthy in that he made a recommendation that may very well extend the life of my condenser since the landscaping company spread layers of mulch around the unit. Tracey suggested that the unit should have been raised up a few inches off the cement block to give the system clearance to release the condensation; something I never considered. After researching the matter on line, I was overjoyed that he suggested this modification and hopefully the system will not have to work so hard because the condensation has no place to go and would have backed up with the possibility of destroying the unit in the long run. I know that he was “doing his job” but it sent a message to me that he really cared and that is commendable. After what was likely a very long day for him, he arrived with a sense of humor and a sense of purpose. How refreshing!! Everyone I’m in contact with in your office and in the field are examples of “outstanding customer service.” A million thanks!!

I want to report to you how awesome the initial encounter with the scheduling lady on the phone was (she called me within 3 mins of my email and before 7:30 AM…. to the couple of young men you sent to service our A/C unit. And we didn’t have a contract between us or have ever had service done by your company!!! It is refreshing to encounter such excited, caring, and motivating individuals as you employ. From introducing themselves, the young men were courteousness, and just down right getting their hands dirty. I dunno if they saw this unit as a ‘challenge’ or these are just the type of employees you had. The both of them were kind and spent time with attention to every little detail. They cleaned both the inside unit and outside unit with a fine tooth comb BEFORE even suggesting we were low on freon. They appeared to want to save us money….just in case the unit only needed a clean. They pointed out a capacitor wasn’t up to it’s peak performance (and I would rather have the unit repaired right than having to have someone come back out in a short period)….to ensuring we were educated on how to care for the inside and outside unit. What surprised me was that they didn’t rush. They stayed here until way after 5:00PM to ensure the unit was fixed and didn’t freeze up again. And they cleaned up their equipment and the area.

If you would take a moment in your day to day tasks….would you please let them know how pleased we were with them as well as we are pleased with Carolina Comfort Air. Lastly? Both my wife and I talked about it, after we asked the two young men, and we are interested in learning more about an annual or semi-annual maintenance plan offered by you. If you would please send us the information it would be appreciated. We aren’t quite ready for the ‘Trane’ yet to stop at our house….LOL!
