Current HVAC Jobs With Carolina Comfort Air

  • HVAC Service Technicians – If you have two or more years of HVAC experience & a valid Drivers License, we offer ongoing and on-site training, career development opportunities, a company van, a phone, and an iPad. We also offer health and life insurance, a 401K plan, a Verizon discount, uniforms, and earnings from $15 to $30 per hour.
  • Maintenance Tech -We are looking to find the right candidate to train to perform maintenance calls on existing residential HVAC Systems. Some HVAC or maintenance knowledge is required and candidate must possess a valid Driver’s License.   Primary job functions include: Perform Preventive Maintenance on residential HVAC Systems. Keep truck clean, and well stocked. Communicate necessary repairs to the customer. Enter correct information into iPad. Collect payment at time of service. When deemed ready, participate in on call rotation. Represent the company in a professional manner, at all times.
  • Service Coordinator (Weekday, Evening & Weekend positions) – Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain the on call schedule for service technicians. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and clients, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times. Provide accounting with maintenance contract billing information.
  • HVAC Start Up/Warranty Technicians – If you have at least two plus years of HVAC experience or at least 6 months as a Technician and a valid Drivers License, please apply today.   • HVAC Mechanic – If you’re an HVAC professional with great customer service skills and a strong work ethic, we invite you to join our team. You’ll be installing HVAC systems with limited supervision. You’ll need a High School Diploma, three or more years of HVAC mechanic experience, a valid Drivers License and excellent communication skills.
  • HVAC Helper – If you have previous new construction experience, you’ll be installing HVAC systems under supervision using a variety of tools and equipment. You’ll need a High School Diploma, a valid Drivers License, good communication skills and working knowledge of the materials, operation, and maintenance of equipment used for HVAC system installations.
  • HVAC Replacement Mechanics – We are looking for candidates with a valid Drivers License, great customer service skills and two or more years of HVAC experience as an Installation Mechanic or a similar role in an HVAC-related environment for our Raleigh/Clayton and Wilmington locations.
