How We’re Handling COVID-19

Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about COVID-19 and how it is impacting our world, country, and local communities. 

We want to let you know what we are doing to protect our customers and CCA team during this time.

To limit exposure for our customers and team members, we are only currently scheduling emergency service calls for issues such as no heat, no cool, gas leaks, water issues, and condensate issues. We will also continue to schedule free in-home consultations for system replacement needs.

Our team has been instructed to keep their distance when on calls, not to shake hands, frequently use hand sanitizer, and to thoroughly wide down their equipment after every visit with sanitizing wipes.

Our team members are following proper hand hygiene and are encouraged to stay home if they feel sick.  If you or anyone in your household has experienced flu-like symptoms, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment for a later date in order to protect our team.

Our #1 goal is to keep you our customers and staff safe.  We ask that you please respect these initiatives as we make these necessary adjustments to our routine.
