I want to report to you how awesome the initial encounter with the scheduling lady on the phone was (she called me within 3 mins of my email and before 7:30 AM…. to the couple of young men you sent to service our A/C unit. And we didn’t have a contract between us or have ever had service done by your company!!! It is refreshing to encounter such excited, caring, and motivating individuals as you employ. From introducing themselves, the young men were courteousness, and just down right getting their hands dirty. I dunno if they saw this unit as a ‘challenge’ or these are just the type of employees you had. The both of them were kind and spent time with attention to every little detail. They cleaned both the inside unit and outside unit with a fine tooth comb BEFORE even suggesting we were low on freon. They appeared to want to save us money….just in case the unit only needed a clean. They pointed out a capacitor wasn’t up to it’s peak performance (and I would rather have the unit repaired right than having to have someone come back out in a short period)….to ensuring we were educated on how to care for the inside and outside unit. What surprised me was that they didn’t rush. They stayed here until way after 5:00PM to ensure the unit was fixed and didn’t freeze up again. And they cleaned up their equipment and the area.
If you would take a moment in your day to day tasks….would you please let them know how pleased we were with them as well as we are pleased with Carolina Comfort Air. Lastly? Both my wife and I talked about it, after we asked the two young men, and we are interested in learning more about an annual or semi-annual maintenance plan offered by you. If you would please send us the information it would be appreciated. We aren’t quite ready for the ‘Trane’ yet to stop at our house….LOL!

I wanted to let you know what a great job Eric did at my house last week. He did the performance service for both units. Eric was so professional and polite,very efficient and explained everything so I could understand it. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He checked everything and was very detailed but quick and made sure I knew where he was and what he was doing.
Tressa scheduled the appointment and called to confirm and everything was exactly on schedule.
