This past October, Carolina Comfort Air was thrilled to take part in the 2025 Clayton Harvest Festival, one of the most anticipated fall events in Johnston County. With crisp autumn air, the scent of pumpkin-spiced treats, and colorful streets buzzing with excitement, the festival was a celebration of everything that makes fall in Clayton so special.
The Clayton Harvest Festival has deep roots in the area, dating back to 1951 when it began as the Cotton Festival. Today, the four-day celebration attracts over 30,000 visitors each year and features everything from carnival rides and games to classic car and motorcycle shows, the Latin American Festival, live music across multiple stages, and plenty of delicious food from local vendors. It’s a celebration of community, tradition, and fall in North Carolina.
Being part of the Clayton Harvest Festival was a highlight for our team this year. We loved meeting familiar faces and welcoming new friends, sharing a few laughs, and handing out seasonal swag to families enjoying the festivities. From friendly conversations to little surprises at our booth, it was wonderful to be immersed in the lively energy that makes this festival a favorite in Johnston County.
The festival offered something for everyone: kids enjoying rides and games, music lovers grooving to live performances, and foodies savoring everything from classic festival treats to international flavors at the Latin American Festival. The streets of downtown Clayton were alive with laughter, energy, and that unmistakable warm fall vibe that makes this time of year so special.
