At Carolina Comfort Air, we’re proud to do more than just provide top-notch HVAC services—we’re building a culture of care, craftsmanship, and community. This year, we’re thrilled to bring a new initiative to life: the Carolina Comfort Air Brand Ambassador Program.
Designed to connect with the next generation of HVAC professionals, our Brand Ambassador Program is an exciting way for us to share who we are and what we do with local students. The program focuses on mentorship, hands-on experience, and community engagement, with ambassadors getting an inside look at every part of our business, from customer service to installs to marketing and everything in between.
After an exciting interview process with applicants from our partner colleges, we’re proud to announce our very first ambassador: Nathan Martinez, a student from Johnston Community College (JCC)!
Nathan will represent Carolina Comfort Air on campus and in the community, acting as a bridge between future HVAC talent and our team. Over the next few months, he’ll be shadowing each department, learning firsthand what makes our company different and diving into our day-to-day operations. From ride-alongs with technicians to brainstorming with the marketing team, Nathan will gain a full-circle understanding of what it means to work in this industry—and specifically, what it means to be part of the CCA family.
Our ambassador program is more than a title. It’s a unique learning opportunity and a launchpad for career development. Nathan’s role will also include sharing his experience on social media, helping to give others a real, behind-the-scenes look at the people and purpose behind Carolina Comfort Air.
